If you're not happy, we're not happy! At MJ's Closet, we aim to please.

Online purchases made through the Site are valid for exchange or store credit only within 5 business days from the ship date. All items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged. 

If were to occur, we are not responsible for fault or breakage during delivery.

We quality check every piece before it is shipped out.

Please be patient and allow time for processing and shipping. Once ready order will be shipped out along with a confirmation email with tracking.

Broken or damaged items will not be accepted for exchange or store credit.

• Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep tracking details for your records.
• You will receive an email once your item has been processed. Please allow 3-5 business days from the time we receive your item for it to be processed for exchange or store credit.
• Please note original shipping charges are Not Refundable.

By placing an order on MJ's Closet, you (the buyer) are responsible for all shipping fees, and return shipping in the case of an exchange. This also applies to any deliveries refused or uncollected by you at time of delivery

 

STANDARD DELIVERY

All items are carefully packaged and shipped with delivery confirmation. Items are generally shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving payment. Due to delivery times with the postal service please allow this time. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so if you would like to purchase insurance please let us know so we can send you an invoice for the additional fee.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer overnight shipping at this time.
